The book gets right into the action and it never really stops! I'm well aware that many of you have been eagerly awaiting this book review. Last week I finished reading Scott Lynch's Red Seas Under Red Skies , the second of his Locke Lamora books. Friday Reads: Red Seas Under Red Skies, by Scott Lynch. I really, really don't enjoy nautical adventure stories. Unfortunately, I would say at least half of this novel takes place on the high seas. I'm a little late this week I didn't quite realise how long this section was (12 sections in Chapter 6!) and so by Saturday morning I still had over 80 pages left.. Red Seas Under Red Skies by Scott Lynch has been sitting on my bookshelf for quite some time. Red Seas Under Red Skies is the second book in the Gentleman Bastard sequence by Scott Lynch (my review) and the Little Red Reviewer is hosting a read-long for us aspiring bastards.
